Taylor approaches worship with a heart to create and curate environments where people can encounter Jesus and experience the presence of the Holy Spirit. He carries a deep reverence for the generations who have gone before—for the men and women whose lives were marked by faith, surrender, and the power of God—and a heart to carry that inheritance forward, helping the next generation know the Word, trust the voice of God, and encounter His presence for themselves.

He believes every church, team and moment carries something unique, so he leads with both preparation and a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, leaving room to respond to what God is doing among His people—whether through a familiar song, Scripture, prayer, a spontaneous moment, or a word or melody that begins to emerge in the room. That same sensitivity has given birth to original worship songs. For Taylor, writing isn’t separate from leading; it’s another expression of listening, responding and giving language to what God is doing among His people.

Taylor is available to serve churches and ministries through worship, preaching, youth and college camps, conferences, retreats and special gatherings. meet Taylor Morgan

Taylor Morgan is a worship leader, pastor and speaker who met his wife, Maly, at Evangel Bible College. Sixteen years and five kids later (they really like each other). Together, they’re building their life around the same thing that brought them together: a love for Jesus and His Church.

If you asked Taylor what he’s most proud of after years of ministry, it wouldn’t be something that happened on a platform. It’s that his wife is still deeply in love with him, his kids genuinely love Jesus, and together they still love His Church.Taylor is deeply grateful to lead a family that doesn’t just know the God Dad sings about on Sunday, but the God they talk about, wrestle with, pray to and encounter together at home.

That same conviction shapes the way he builds leaders and teams. Taylor believes people who carry the presence of God publicly are first formed by Him privately. His heart is to develop healthy leaders whose ministry flows from a healthy inner world—and to see those leaders build a healthy Church that carries the presence of God and the Great Commission into the world.

Because Taylor believes the strongest thing he can bring to any room is a life privately surrendered to the same Jesus he publicly leads people toward.
