He believes every church, team and moment carries something unique, so he leads with both preparation and the freedom to respond—whether leading from guitar or keys, through a familiar song, a spontaneous moment, or a word or melody that begins to emerge over the room. That same sensitivity has given birth to original worship songs. For Taylor, writing isn’t separate from leading; it’s another expression of listening, responding and giving language to what God is doing among His people.

Taylor Morgan is a worship leader, pastor and speaker with more than two decades of ministry woven into his story. He met his wife, Maly, at Bible college, and for the past 16 years they’ve built a life, raised five kids and served the local church together. For Taylor, ministry has never been limited to a platform. Whether leading worship, preaching, developing teams or simply walking alongside people, his heart is to build healthy people, serve the local church and create space for people to genuinely encounter Jesus.
